| Persevere |
Well, I have recently regressed in the progress made on this new-found Journey of self-discovery, change and spiritual growth. It has seemed stagnant for the past week or so, but today I feel a bit better about it. I feel more hopeful today.
Ridding myself of the self-defeating behaviors and the habits of using survival skills is extremely difficult, but I believe IF I can get through to the other side, I will be better for it.
Just keep going forward is harder than it sounds, but since I truly desire the changes for good and better in myself and my life . . . I have no alternative but to move Forward and let go of the past. My biggest enemy is myself ... try not sabotaging !!
