I am so tired as a Blackwoman, hearing about Sen. Obamah's EX pastor. He has very activly avoided playing the race card. To keep us on point of the election.
The media keep this kind of talk in play and forces issues down American's throats on a daily basis.
Is America ready for a Black President ?
Has Obamah tired to stick to the issues - more than Hilary ?

THANK YOU. I am also a Black woman, and I could care less about Barack being Black or Hilary being a woman. I am just interested, as all other Americans should be, in voting for the candidate who I believe will pull America out of the MESS George Doofus Bush made!! Sometimes I think the media is overplaying the issues of race and gender among these candidates and it is irritating. As for Obama's pastor, it was irresponsible of him to call attention to himself in that manner right now, knowing that every single aspect of Obama's life and everyone involved in his life are going to be dissected in the public eye.
For awhile I wasn't sure which candidate I preferred, but now that's Hilary's has turned into a smear campaign against Obama, I've downgraded my opinion of her.

Exactly!
What strikes me... is how often I hear Obama speak and he expesses how he sees things can change and how it is ultimately our responsibility to change it...
But when I hear Hillary speak, she seems to take up so much time talking about how she thinks Obama "isn't ready"....ummm....so how is that going to help us as a country? what wisdom do you seem to have on the subject? And I just don't hear her able to offer those answers because she seems to be more interested in tearing others down...
also...it is very interesting to me that people are so unwisely pulling the "race card", while few to no quesions are raised about the large amount of Hillary supporters that say, "I just want a woman in the white house" !!!!!! We should be saying..."I want someone WISE in the whitehouse!"
no matter their sex or race!

IM A NC RESIDENT AND IT IS ABOUT RACE HERE MAJORITY OF NCAROLINIENS ARE BLACK AND THAT IS WHO VOTED HIM IN HERE BUT WHAT PEOPLE SEEM TO 4 GET HE IS 50 PERCENT WHITE 100 PERCENT MUSLIM HE IS NOT FOR ANYONE BUT HIS SELF HE IS NOT A MAN OF GOD AND WANTS TO TAKE GUNS RIGHT NOW WE ARE IN A CRISIS WHERE FOOD IS HIGH YOU MAY NEED A GUN TO HUNT FOOD SO WHEN YOUR KIDS ARE HUNGRY AND CRYING AND THE PEOPLE WHO VOTED HIM IN NEEDS TO SHUT UP AND STARVE
