Thanks, The pond is beautifully clear now, and I have taken pics of my frogs lol, there is now frog spawn in the pond, so soon there will be the sound of little flippers :-) x

Don't dissapear from sight, if thats what you are trying to do then it will be a great shame, as one person said, your writing is beautiful, have you ever thought of channeling your pain into a book to help others, and in turn will help yourself? You do need help, look at what you have achieved.....

We are here 4 u, take it slowly, a long relationship with Ana would be taken seriously if you went for help, and they wouldn't take her away immediately from you, they would slowly introduce you to a new friend.. you x

Wow, thats a blog and a half! I am a survivor.. yeah right! Well I am alive. The advice you give is spot on, well done. I have a husband of 22 years that is still learning how to cope with me, the flashbacks are the worst, I am 40 now and my abuse ended when I was 15.. It really is a lifetime...

small voices have to grow before they are heard, by then it is normally too late, my inner child longs to be let free but even in this day and age some people do not understand.. sometimes I can't understand it either ! So how can a child work it out? Thanks for your thoughts..

Easter is the same as you in 'sunny' Indiana.. alright for some eh? 40's hhmmm flaming gales and rain here, though managed to batten down and we didn't see the worst of it here, thank goodness, though lots of people suffered. We are off to the beach in our camper for Easter.. brrrrr gonna take...
