Hi it's been a while since I wrote.  Things are calmer now, and we have relaxed into a happy routine of daily life again.  My 18 year old who suffers with ME and also tried to take her life a while back has signed up for a sky dive for the local mental health charity MIND.  It happens on the 26th April in Cornwall.  She will be doing a tandem jump at 10,000 feet !  She has raised in excess of £500 so far and it's rising :-)  Everyone in the village knows her and she is well loved.  I have seen a real change in her recently and am so proud of her.  She has stopped cutting herself and is treating the cuts so hopefully in time they will fade.  Our other daughter is off to Scotland on a youth service trip, she is well excited.. and hopes for snow !  We have had to buy loads for the trip as she will be doing so many activities from walking to climbing, caving to canoeing !  Fun eh? Wish I was going !
We've just booked our boat trip to France for the French Grand Prix, mmmm it's just gonna be hubby and myself, the first time ever a holiday on our own.. we never even had a honeymoon so this is a real first.  We have arranged everything so the girls will be well cared for even though they are old enough to be by themselves, bless them lol.
My Pottery has come on in leaps and bounds, I have loads drying now waiting for it's first fire, I had never used a potters wheel until now, but I love it, I can make pots so much quicker now rather than hand building them.  I can't wait for them to dry out so I can move on to the bisque stage.  I got an invite to a local quarry and have a tour.. it was great seeing how the clay is dug and transformed into a workable medium.
Anyway.. take care.. speak soon x
