keeping the status quo
full package of bertelli's italian instant 10 minute dinner....all of it....
handfull of chips...the ones I threw away
tootsie roll mini....122 later...
wrappers, laying them flat, balling them up, trying to hide to self the truth.... they were all chowed down in moments..
the self hate bubbles up like powder in an unmixed cup of chocolate
yet deep down I feel one small bubble that feels vindicted...those small trapped feelings of justification riding inside of that bubble.... could this be it?
