on the chart today.......
pain levels at a steady 3 with spikes of a few 7 or 8s to keep it interesting....
wine glass...filled and emptied times 3.....half filled with rum only so I added ice to keep it from buring on touch... filling the lungs.....
nice things today: family does care in their weird own demanding way, I love my son, the business keeps making sales even with noone manning the front...
crap of the day: hit another car in the parking lot...we shared insurance etc...her truck - crushed...my smaller truck - a small little line I can buff out....we both share it 50/50 - both backing up and we met in the blind spot
eating Altoids...all the shit I eat all week....makes me want to hurl...
back to looking for a hobby or a friend.....
