| Shower curtains and cats.

Last year for my birthday, I chose to redecorate my bathroom. I took down the orange “flower power” theme and decided a more sophisticated black and white theme.
I choose a clear plastic shower curtain with moderate size black and white open squares on it. The liner was a thin white fabric liner that kept in the water.
I added black and white towels and white vanity pieces. Everything looked great and I was excited.
I went to bed that first night after redecorating my bathroom very tired. I awoke the next morning and casually looked at the brand new shower curtain and noticed small puncture holes all over the bottom half. I knew what those were; they matched the ones that used to be in my ankles!
It’s now been almost 5 months since I redecorated and I noticed yesterday that the plastic shower curtain was hanging on by threads in some places. My cats dearly love water and playing in it (more in another post) and they love climbing so naturally the curtain was just one more thing to climb.
So I bought a new curtain and liner last night. This time, I chose white cloth for the outside and a clear plastic for the inside. “Perhaps the cloth one might last longer than 5 months.” I was thinking when I picked it out. This morning I noticed the tale tail signs of little puncture holes.
I shall begin the mourning process early for the new shower curtain.

No, they eat from her plate too:P You have not read/heard that yet, apparently.
Heather, you need to sanction those cats:P They are worse than rambunctious dogs! You said you put up child barriers, etc. I dont know what else you can do. But, they seem like wild tiger cubs. How can you ever have anything nice with that going on? Id be a restless wreck!;/

And, since when do cats LIKE water? I thought it was always the opposite...hence why cats dont like baths and lick themselves.
