As you know from my previous post, I checked out a few books at the library and did enjoy some reading although I only read 2 books this weekend. I worked around the house on Saturday and spent a little time planting some fields in Farm Town. :)
On Sunday I worked around the house and then got ready for Christmas in July. CIJ is a yearly event where the 12 founders of the event all dress in drag and put on a show. It was extremely fun and entertaining. I went with my neighbors Gregory and Jerry. Awww I love those guys. They are so very fun to be around.
YAY!!! I am so excited!!! My guest (dang it, I wish he would let me use his name or some form of something besides having to call him my guest but I think he is a little embarrassed to admit that he is actually friends with me. Rotf!) will be here on Friday.
My house is almost done but I realized this weekend that I have NO knobs on my kitchen cabinets. The ones I has were rubber ones and the cats scratched them to shreds almost and so I needed to replace them. At the moment, its not in my budget to spend 5 bucks on a door knob that I am not 100% infatuated with just because I cant find one right now that I really like. :)
Oh well, it’s been a great weekend. I got to sleep in both days and didn’t roll out of bed until after 8. It was beautiful. I am praying the rest of my week goes just as beautifully!
