Hey there!  Would you like paper or plastic?  Sorry I forgot where I was!  I'm Heather.  I have been married for a little over a year, and I live in the same town I grew up in-- Austin, Texas.  I graduated from College in 2002 from Angelo State University.  I met my husband in San Angelo, Texas, and when I graduated I told James that I really liked him, and if he liked me too then he would have to move to Austin, or we would have to break up.  James and I have lived in Austin for about 5 years, and we really love it. 

I don't have any kids of the human variety, but we do have dogs.  Xena was our first baby, and she went to heaven about 2 years ago.  She was the best dog, and I plan on blogging about her in the near future.   The powers that be had a plan for us though.  At about the time that Xena started getting sick (I only know this in retrospect) Farrah was born.  She wouldn't come to us until she was about 3 months old though.  Farrah is our second baby. She is great, and has so many qualities that make me love her, but it is a different love than what I had for Xena.  Soon we are going to welcome a third and a sister for Farrah.  Dottie is a border collie and I can't wait to let you all know what she is like.

Depending on how you look at it, I could be considered an only child, the youngest of two, the youngest of three, or the youngest of four.  I have a "blended" family.  I think I will save this one for a blog entry later. Let's just say that family dynamics are really DYNAMIC!
