well in a way i feel like you've taken the words out of my head and someone put them on here. I have found writing online is easier for expressing feelings than in person, and helps ease the bottled up feeling. if anything you can find someone you don't know, feels the same & you feel less alone & that you're feelings aren't "stupid and irrelevant" but infact the echoe of someone else's thoughts.
