In the form of a free liquid (drinks, liquid food) the adult person on the average consumes in day about 1,2 litres of water, or 48 % from daily norm. The rest the water acting in an organism in the form of food - about 1 litre makes, or 40 % of daily norm. It is interesting to note, that in porridges contains up to 80 % of water, in bread - about 50 %, in meat - 58-67 %, a fish - almost 70 %, in vegetables and fruit - up to 90 % of water. As a whole our "dry" meal on 50-60 % consists of water. Nearby 0.3л (3 %), are formed directly in an organism as a result of biochemical processes.
Simultaneously to receipt of a liquid in an organism there is also a return process. For a day on the average 1,2 litres of water are deduced from an organism through kidneys and 0,85 litres by means of branch of sweat. The part of water leaves from an organism at breath (0,32л), and also through intestines (0,13 litres). To a certain extent our existence is struggle for water, in fact for a day in a temperate climate the human body as a whole allocates about 2.5 litres, or 10 glasses of water, and in a heat or at and physical activities this parameter reaches 4-5 litres.
Each person is recommended to drink on the average 6-7 glasses, or about 2 litres of water a day. More precisely to define necessary volume of a liquid, it is necessary to consider such factors as a level of physical activity, a state of health, bodies, a climate, etc.

Usually such water is used in the medical purposes.
For observance of a correct drinking mode it is necessary to adhere to following recommendations:
1. In a heat it is recommended to increase quantity of a drunk liquid on 1.5 - 2 glasses, thus to drink water it is necessary before an output on street;
2. Drink more liquids if you suffer excess weight (at the rate of 1 glass on everyone of 20 kg of excess weight);
3. Increase quantity of water in a diet at low humidity of air, in the winter during a cold season, in stuffy premises and planes, at illness and rise in temperature of a body;
4. Active weight reduction demands the use of greater volume of a liquid;
5. The need for water grows with increase in fiber in your diet;
6. Caffeine, alcohol and nicotine cause dehydration an organism;
7. A lot of water is required to feeding women;
8. Water is necessary for drinking up to, after and during physical activities;
9. Drink a glass of a liquid after a dream: it promotes clarification of an organism;
10. Drink, when test thirst;
11. To drink water it is necessary slightly cooled as it is better acquired by an organism;
12. Water is necessary for drinking in an hour up to or in an hour after meal as water dilutes gastric juices.
