| Days 8 and 9 - On to the next stage |
I still haven't replaced the battery in my scale, so I won't be posting weight stats for a few days.
Today is day 9. I'm still drinking 3 SP Complete shakes per day, adding a scoop of Whole Food Fiber as well as some blueberries and 1/2 banana. Twice a day I am taking 5 SP Green Food capsules. My water intake has been a little better, but still needs improvement.
I thought I had to wait until day 11 to add meat as a protein source, but the fellow from Standard Process recommended I go ahead and add it now to help pick up my energy level. So I'm having chicken tonight! Woo hoo! Boneless skinless chicken breast, will probably add some garlic to it. I can't wait! Last night I had some boiled cabbage with fresh tomatoes and corn on the cob. All fresh from our garden I might add. Yummy!
Today I am going to the gym next door. I need to convince myself to get some regular exercise every day. I have a bike at home, I need to put it to use. My weight seems to be at a standstill right now. Some nice cardio exercise would really help things along.
At this point, I'm feeling quite a bit better. I'm looking forward to more improvements. Later today I will be getting a massage and another aqua chi foot soak. I'm definately looking forward to that! We have an incredible massage therapist here!
So my goals: drink more water and start exercising!
