Day 2 - Getting the hang of it
Day 2 stats:
weight: 192.5
Fat %: 35.4
BMI: 30.1

It's been a bit of a long day. My first day back to work since starting the cleanse. Low grade headache off and on, and a bit drained.

I don't have a blender at work for the shake, so I just used my shaker bottle and added the shake powder, along with the fiber powder to water. DON'T TRY THIS AT HOME! Omg, it was vile. I felt like I was drinking out of a mud puddle. Now I know why they offer recipes with fruit in them. By all means, USE FRUIT! I set it down and ran to the Food Lion next door and grabbed some blueberries, oranges and bananas. I mashed 1/2 banana to a pulp and added it to the shake along with juice from the orange. Much better. So what have we learned?
Today's lesson:
No fruit=disgusting.
With fruit= drinkable.

So here is today's menu so far:

Breakfast
1 vile shake (with hastily added banana + orange juice), 7 SP Cleanse capsules.
(wait 30 minutes)
1 orange, 1 grapefruit

Snack
1/2 large carrot

Lunch
1 not so vile shake (with banana and blueberries), 7 SP Cleanse capsules
(wait 30 minutes)
steamed brocolli, steamed green beans, 1 steamed turnip, a handful of grapes, 1 piece of celery, 1/2 large carrot.

Snack
1 avacado

Dinner will most likely be the same as last night; steamed veggies from the garden.

I also got an aqua chi done. It came out pretty yucky.

Better out than in! I'm still pretty drained and feeling icky, but I know that is to be expected during a cleanse. Especially during the first few days. I'm also doing better when it comes to my water intake.

Right now I just want to take a nap. -_-

TTFN!

That picture is the results of my Aqua Chi ion foot bath. it's lovingly referred to as the lazy man's detox. :) It's great for helping to pull excess toxins out of the body.
