Day 13 - Catching up again
Today's stats:
Weight: 188
Fat %: 35.3
BMI: 29.4

Looks like I got a bit behind.  Time to catch up.
I finally got a battery for my scale. Looks like I am sitting at 188 pretty consistantly. I am taking the SP Green Foods twice a day now, as well as the Sp Complete shake 3 times per day.

I feel like crap. I have no energy, and I am getting headaches. I'm assuming I am in the next stage of detoxification. I definately reccomend to anyone on this to keep your protein intake up. Resist the urge to just have the shake for lunch and nothing else. Lots of leafy green vegetables. Since I have been feeling so cruddy, I haven't been eating as much, which makes me feel even worse. I'll be raiding the garden this afternoon, starting with the greens row.

I've noticed the change since I started taking the SP Green Food. I'm not sure why the sudden change.

I think my family is looking forward to me finishing this cleanse. My daughter has been trying hard to cook meals that I can eat so I don't have to cook something seperately. (or feel left out!) However, her recent fascination with making fresh blackberry muffins is going to kill me. I'm grumpy, and achey. My only guess is that the cleanse is starting to attack the next layer of toxins. All I know is I want some good chocolate and a glass of wine.

On the positive side, this past Monday I had a massage and a chiropractic adjustment, followed by an Aqua Chi detox foot bath. Both my chiropractor and massage therapist said I felt better. They didn't feel as much congestion in my muscles. My massage was almost pain free! The water in my aqua chi wasn't as nasty as the time before. I will be getting another one done on Monday.

As for what I have been eating:
Last night I had a lovely shark filet, seared with some olive oil, thyme and dill. I added a couple of slices of tomato and some swiss chard. not something from the kitchen of Chef Ramsey, but I enjoyed it and it looked pretty.

My diet is still consisting of fresh vegetables, mostly from the garden. I've been enjoying cherries, since Food Lion has had them on sale for $1.99/lb. I also have some grapes from time to time. I'd be more precise about what I eat and when, but computer time is a bit difficult for me to come by. I'm also just not organized enough for that. :) Besides, I think how I am being affected is more important than what I ate at 3:37 pm. Right now I happen to be munching on some organic pumpkin seeds. (plain - no salt) I'm not sure if they are an approved part of the program, but I desperately need the protein.

Ok, that's it for today. I'll try to be better about logging every day.

Only 9 days to go!!
