That picture is the results of my Aqua Chi ion foot bath. it's lovingly referred to as the lazy man's detox. :) It's great for helping to pull excess toxins out of the body.

I personally use mullein leaf. People who don't mind smoking have smoked it, I make a strong tea. Since I'm not a doctor, I can't advise you to try this. I can simply tell you what I have tried. :)

The official name of this cleanse is the Standard Process Purification Program. If you are in the Montpelier, VA area, you could get it at Montpelier Family Chiropractic. Otherwise, check with your local chiropractor. :)
