Things will get better. Make a plan and do it! Gets your gaols and priorities in order. Now is the time to take care of you. You are a better person than R ever knew! He made you less of a person (not in a bad way) and seem you didn't care about anything, I know you will better. :)

Good riddance you are so much happier and better off with out hos loser ass. No one should be treated the way he treated you. I am glad you have stood your ground and not let him weasel his way back into your heart. you are a very strong person and you will be just fine! :)
