I like how you point out how, as human beings, we all share a lot in common. Differences are important but what we share in common is more important I think.

You present some interesting arguments, miserybusiness. I guess it comes down to the question: What is a person? Does intelligence make someone a person? Does the ability to experience pain? I'm not sure of the answer. It is interesting to note that late term abortions are illegal in the USA...

It depends on your personality. Maybe you're just an extrovert - they tend to prefer the company of others rather than looking inward. That's OK too. You shouldn't be afraid to be on your own though although I know that some ppl are.
