| Banks don't help little people like me or you... t |
Recently I have been very unhappy with how banking in Malaysia works. I was over-charge with credit card over-limit access fee many times and some times even though it's below credit limit, the carry forward credit card over-limit access fee was put on and consider as over-charge as well to be brought forward next month.
Furthermore, in Malaysia (I am not sure in any other country) for each transaction you make you the gas station, the agreement between the bank and the gas station for each consumer who use it they take RM 200 from you and return what's left of the balance (deduct from the original amount of petrol you use) in 1 weeks time. So the amount you kept using they take RM 200 each time you pump petrol. So if this carry forward you might be charge with over-limit access fee.
Is this how banking system works in this country? I seriously don't know and it's causing me really unhappy and the misery I am going through to keep on paying over-limit access fee is seriously making me unhappy. I will end my term with my bank because I feel banks don't help little people like me - they just eat you away for good.
