I finally set goals for 2008, it feels pretty good. I have been trying to figure out what to do with my time since I graduated college. My mother says it is important to present my goals to the universe, so here it goes.
1. Become financialy stable (pay off student loans and all that damn debt)
2. Promote my radio show (Marijuana Radio) and become a better host
3. Submit a fim to at least one film festival
Those are the top three goals of 2008, I have many more that I hope to accomplish. It is strange going from 16 years of teachers directing my interests to suddenly having complete control of my free time. I have to get back in touch with what I like to do, not what I am supposed to do. I really like film whether it be watching it or making it and music, music is amazingly great, I should listen to it more often. I really like television and writing and talking to people about interesting things. I want to study everything from Greek mythology to Post Modern Theory. I wish I could go to a University that would teach me everything the world has to offer. I want to see the world, I want to travel every where. Those are the things I like. I suppose my interests can define me as a person, they certainly help me remain whole and grow as an individual.
If somebody were to describe me I guess they would say I am sweet, nice, funny, goofy. I think a lot about many things, my mind is always processing something. I love people and emotions. I like comfy sweaters and hot green tea, cute small animals and mystery novels. I love learning new things or being swayed by somebody's stance on an issue. I like stories of any kind. I love life.

I think my heart just skipped a beat:) Aside from your yet youthful ambition/outlook and the questionable radio gig(have to explain that one to me--Marijuana Radio??), we have much in common. Mythology, movies, writing, music, travel aspirations, always processing, theory/philosophy, doing what I like to do... I am not much of a reader, though. I prefer my tea iced--unless at a foreign restaurant--and don't wear sweaters currently(but like women in fuzzy sweaters:)). If cute animals are anything you can put in a pocket, pug dogs and guinea pigs/etc., then let's hit the pet shop:) If ya would like someone to talk to, I am here regularly;) I also yahoo chat. I am not much for goal setting yet; maybe you can help with that.
