 Couch to 5k

Weight: too much 250+ (i think)

Mood: lazy, sad

Energy level: very low

Self-esteem: non existent

 

I know that I need exercise.  I need it to lose weight and get healthy, I need it to increase my energy levels and my motivation levels.   Due to this, I would like to start exercising.  I cannot really afford to go to a gym nor do I really like going to the gym, without a friend which I really don't have up here at the moment.  Plus I really just like being outside.  So I have decided to try the couch to 5k program.  To help with this goal, I will slowly adjust my eating.  My first step will be to drink water instead of soda.

I feel you on the water thing...it takes so much discipline to keep ourselves hydrated as much as we really should be...I have a tough time with it... Good luck with everything!
