Holy Hannah!!!! It's 39 degrees here. For those of you who are not familiar with proper scientific units of measurements, that is 102.5 degrees farenheit. HOT HOT HOT. Needless to say, we are staying hydrated and trying to say out of the sun as much as possible.
We spent this morning at Curtin as usual. Gravey got half his paper written, and I dug into a book about aboriginals in sports. I think I hfinally have an idea for my paper topic. It will be something like Aborigines and the Social constructs of Australian Society. I will focus on four main areas for this. Government policies, education, health and sports. I will discuss how the non-aboriginal population has at the same time tried to assimilate and eliminate the aboriginal culture.
Oh yeah we heard a bird that sounded like a monkey when we were walking to the bus today, just thought that it was interesting.
