| What are Buyers looking for in a Realtor?

Obviously as a Realtor, it is important to keep up with what buyers are wanting in regards to service. Here are some statistics from the National Association of Realtors 2006 Profile of Home Buyers and Home Sellers:
What Buyers want most from Realtors?
50% of consumers said they want most “Help finding the right home to purchase”
13% of consumers said they want most “Help negotiating the terms of sale”
10% of consumers said they want most “Help determining what comparable homes were selling for”
9% of consumers said they want most “Help with Price Negotiations”
8% of consumers said they want most “Help with paperwork”
5% of consumers said they want most “Help determining how much buyer can afford to spend on a home”
3% of consumers said they want most “Help finding and arranging financing
2% Other
