Don't eat avocado- just a warning- very fattening.
i wouldnt recomend JUST fruit and veg as much as you wish to be healthy as well as lose weight. there are plenty of low calorie meals you can have which do not have a lot of calories which also provied you with protein- VERY IMPORTANT.

I don't know how good this is.. I am soo bad with exercise :(
but me and my friend sometimes go on youtube and look up the jordan work out [it will say katie price in brackets] there are like 6 parts.. try and do that but not a lot or your body will get used to it! x
