friend, agent, like a sister.how she did this and why are mystery to me.trusted her in realestate deal,i held unrecorded deed she claied it was forgery in court, the money i could prove she said was a loan outcome she won the house, all my invested money.i lost everything even tho i had paid all the house payments/loan in her name/ remodeled with my credit cards even had to pay her attorney over 3,000. he was deceiving, and they got away with all. i spent more on attory's than the house cost to prove she was crooked and lost. lets start a blog on ur bad experience with agents, there are lots of them taking advantage getting away with it because people dont have money to fight or they are ashamed they were taken.

I'm so sorry to hear of your loss. I can't believe how some people would willingly lose the trust of someone they know just for a quick buck.
We're getting ready to sell our house and your post made me more wary than I usually I am. Thanks for the warning. Your idea of banding together to expose the nefarious schemes of these folks is a great one.
As for your ex-friend, it's just a matter of time until her karmic retribution catches up with her.
