Thanks for the comment. I won't debate the evidence for climate change with you because I think the arguments have been made already by scientists who are much more expert on the subject than I am. I guess it would be fair to say that you don't find the existing evidence to be convincing and that you would change your mind if the climate change problem could be proven to your satisfaction.

The difference is that parents don't usually tell their children that fairy tales are fact. As I said in my post, I have no objection to Santa Claus as a story.
