This company is a scam, DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES. We contracted this company to write a business and marketing plan. We provided them with more than enough information to write the business plan. We did not know much about the marketing aspect so we left that up to them to research since we did pay them $450 for these services. The terms state that we should receive the plans in 7-10 days for simple projects & 10-15 days for more complex. I don't consider our plan complex since we provided all the necessary information and all they had to do is put the words together(since this is what they say they do). The 1st business plan we received 23 days later, was an absolute disaster, all they did was copied & pasted the outline information we had sent as a guide. No marketing plan was sent for review. My partner & I eventually realized that our plan writer had no idea what he was doing, so we took on the task of writing the plan ourselves & forwarding the changes for them to copy & paste it into their template. After several complaints to the owner, we asked for a refund. Which he was unwilling to do. We were assigned a new plan writer, but in the mean time my company has missed several investor meeting due to their incompetence. The new plan writer was a little better,at least we thought until we received a marketing plan for a hotel. Our company is for event planning. We expressed our dissatisfaction to the company & have again asked for a full refund,of which they are not willing to do. They state they will continue to do revisions. My company can't afford to continue for months with revisions, especially if we have to write them in order for them to be correct. We have paid planyouridea.com to plan our own idea.
