I guess I'm your 8th viewer. I suggest you write an excerpt and put it on Thoughts.
I was turned off and did not read your story because:
1) I had to leave thoughts to get to your page.
2) You stated it was a novel - I don't have the time to read novels.
3) I wasn't very interested in what you wrote about yourself and/or the novel at this point.
4) And even after getting to this point I again had to click another location to read the novel.
5) My computer gave me a warning sign of possible unsafe location.

I hope you really wanted opinions. With these 5 points in mind you may be able to find another way to get people to read your writings.
