For those of you out there who own a cell phone or who are planning on owning one I urge you be be careful when you are setting up your plan. These major cell phone providers like Verison Wireless, Nextel, and Cingular will mislead you, lie through their teeth and never flinch while doing it. I am a customer of Verison myself and I have had many altercations with the sales associates, tech desk and any other shit head they have working there. Let me give you a couple of examples of problems I have had with verison. So I got a new phone in August 2006 and they told me I would get free V-cast (internet service) for a month but if I did not cancel it they would keep charging me for it. So like a lot of people I forgot to cancel it after a couple months until I saw it on my bill then I went down to the store to cancel it and possibly get the charge off my bill because I never used the service. So I talked to an employee who worked there and took the V-cast off my plan, so I thought. So I look at my next outstandingly high cell phone bill a couple months later and I was still getting charged for V-cast so I had to go through the process again get V-cast shut off for the second time which accually was done for real this time. Example #2 the same time I got that brand new shiney cell phone almost 2 years ago the sales rep asked me if I wanted unlimited texting for 5 dollars a month and I said YES! (because I love to text)  Did  I get it  NO of course not and when I realized this I had over payed by hundreds. I finally got that fixed with no compensation because it would not be worth it to taking those assholes to court of a few hundred dollars. So I warn everyone with a cell phone be careful! These companies will do what ever it takes to get your money, that means stealing it from you with untruths. The cell phone companies are in a business market called an Ologopoly which is like a monopoly but there are very few compeditors and the market is almost impossible to get into and this is why they can get away with treating their customers like crap. So do me a favor when ever you have to deal with your cell phone provider GIVE them HELL because they deserve it. Always cast doubt into what ever they say cause 90% of the people who work there still live at home with their parents.
