To introduce myself. My name is Cait and i am 15. I weigh 141 lbs and for my height thats 10 lbs overweight.
Last night I was surfing the web and saw the House of Thin website. I went on and found out that I am at least 10lbs overweight.
It's the summer time and I've got nothing better to do. My goal is 125.
I'm not trying to be a anarexic poser or anything... I just have struggled with my weight since 4th grade. I've ALWAYS been the overweight kid. I see all these beautiful girls and ask, "God why am I the way I am?"
It's time for a change.
It's a healthy change though. :o)
So here's how my day went today! But it's going its only 2:13pm.
:)
- I woke up at 9:30 and decided to eat a light breakfast before I started my routine.
- I had branflakes. woo!
- I played some music and jogged for 10 min.
- Then I did 20 sit ups
- 10 push-ups
- Lastly I did these jump things..I'm not sure what you would call them.
- Hung out with my boyfriend at 11:45am
- Ate 3 saltines :O
- He left for his stuff
- It's now probably 1 pm and i haven't eaten lunch yet!!! :(
- I ate a can of tuna and some vegetables
- For some reason I wasn't hungry at all ??
- Then I did my work-out routine again at 1:30
My work-out thing probably takes 15 min. But it's kinda fun.
My boyfriend and myself are going to hang out at three, so I hopefully won't have any tempting foods around. Everyone, I just want to be in shape. I'm so sick of my flub.....
I REALLY REALLY WANT TO LOSE THIS WEIGHT AND KEEP IT OFF
i just need some support.
I'll keep posting everyday, and probably multiple times a day.
