I am sad to report that most housekeeping companies in Naples Florida do not understand customer service let alone their demographic. Instead of catering to Naples’s affluent conservative residents by providing them with custom services and clear communication, the housekeeping companies in Naples Florida send non-English speaking employees who perform only the tasks listed on a rigid checklist. Throughmyeyes, I don't know why you automatically assume the employees make minimum wage. The employees make nearly three times that much. You might be surprised that some, in fact, most rich people here are willing to pay more for what they want, and in turn we are able to pass it on to our employees.
I will grant you the fact that the cost of living here is high so even a wage of 16 an hr is barely enough to live on.
