I remember when my neice and nephew were born.
I have to admit, I avoided them if I could when they were very little
I just didnt know what to do with them!
They seemed so vulnerable, and yet so demanding too
They are 18 and 20 now!
They used to come round with my brother and his wife, and dont get me wrong, but I used to think...jeez, they're a handful!
As toddlers they'd come at me all smiles and cuteness, and throw their arms around me, giving me a big kiss loaded with snot and chocolate buttons
You know, like kids do
And I'd be smiling, cause they were cute and all, but yuck...
My face would be covered in the goo that kids seem to have permanently stuck to their face, when they have the sniffles and have yet to learn that you gotta wipe your nose

So I was looking at these pictures of Stanley
Writing little bits under each one, like
