I saw this on Newsmax andheard it on NPR radio. I contacted Senator Bill Nelson's office and asked to speak to someone on staff knowlegable on foreign matters. Got a call later in the day. He was unaware of the article which he printed out and said he would bring to the attention of the Senator....

I do not beleive that the word marriage and gay unions are the same. Marriage is between a man and a woman. I do acknowlege that gays have the same depth of love as any couple and should be afforded the same legal protection as a straight couple. I think if a name other than marriage was used...
