Earlier this evening I have watched and read clippings over the net showing the "flaws" of a contestant in a beauty pageant. When the host called and greeted her it seems that she's confident enough. Then came the question and answer portion on which she was asked by a member of the judges on 'what role did you family played as contestant of xxxxxx? '. She managed to finish her answer though there was a conspicuous struggle, added by 'boos' from the spectators. For sure, she had regrets with her answer, to the extent of wishing that if she could only turn back the time. To make this short, she still managed to win the coveted title that night of the pageant (as least expected by everybody).

     This is only one of the examples which could return us back from the reality that we are still humans -- subject to errors and mistakes. We should remind ourself that we are still humans. We are not perfect. No matter how hard you practice on things flaws will still be there. Even native speakers of an English community have flaws on their sentences. Even a great movie has always negative criticisms. Even a good person could be imprisoned for being an outlaw. Admittedly, she did mention that it was her first time to join the pageant in her life. After all, if we'll analyze her situation she should not be in the pageant to think that she made it through the rigid screening.

     Now, let's examine ourself how perfect and flawless are we to throw stones to our neighbor. We CAN'T coz we AREN'T. Let us always be guided by the adage "to err is human..." Let's UNDERSTAND and pay RESPECT to everybody no matter who we are. Even the great providence understands us.

     Instead of criticizing her (winner of the pageant), why dont we extend moral support she will be needing for the competition. Let's be responsible that even such thing could help her to boost more of her confidence. She still have months to prove herself before the next competition. Let's give her time.
