The Pain Inside, The Tears I Cry....

Again today the tears well up in my eyes,
my heart is empty.
I think of this friend whom I love dearly
the one God sent to me and
that departed my life so abruptly.
There was no rhyme, no reason for it
no explanations given just that it won't work.
I know in my heart there is more to it
and I long for her to truthfuly tell me.
We shared so much together and this is why
I do not understand.
I miss the smiles, the laughter, the tears, conversations and
our fears, the secrets we shared, the hugs we gave each other and the
way we talked without words and all the other things as well.
I pray to God, the Saints and Mother Mary daily,
that she will come to her senses and do the right thing
and
that she will contact me and tell me the truth.
My phone it rings and I pray it is her,
the caller ID says it is not so and then the tears begin to flow .
