I know this hurts because I recently went through something similar and I would do anything for us to be friends again....but everyone tells me that time heals all wounds and do not pressure her or it will scare her away forever. I do miss her and our friendship alot but it is said that she had more feelings for me of which I was aware of and even if that is true...I still love her lots and need her in my life but I am giving her space for awhile and hope and pray she comes back because she was a big part of my life. I wish you the best and don't pressure him...maybe he just needs space. Good luck and let me know what happens.

it said it all. my daughter said almost those same words except that she regretted that i was never around because I always worked and went to school...but she does know that I love her and that is why I did what I did. Your mom loves you too I am sure but does not know how to show it. write to me if u need to talk.

sounds like she and her boyfriend were both using you for the little money you had...why didn't she just stay with him? I am not one to hold a grudge against anyone but I would tell her that you forgive her for what she did to you and then just look for another friend. People who use others are not worth being friends. as far as the ssi benefits for your son, tell her it is not her business because it is not.
