Now that "Don't tase me, bro!" is the top quotation for 2007 (at least according to the press), here's a link to a version of the video that you probably haven't seen - it shows Andrew Meyer asking Kerry three very lucid questions, and the police repeatedly trying to cut him off. Remember, this incident happened in Florida. Notice when they try to cut him off:

By the way, the police "behaved appropriately" and Meyer was charged with "Inciting a Riot". He was forced to sign a confession and to make a public apology to the school and to the police department to avoid jail time. Kerry said he's never had a question and answer session broken up like this, and that he wanted to answer the student's questions. He also claims that he didn't realize the student was being tasered.
