Supposedly
the CIA destroyed the tape of its employees torturing suspects to protect the identity of the torturers.
But someday, hopefully, there will be a war crimes tribunal, and the people
responsible will hopefully face justice. It took a while to get the
torturers in Cambodia, but they are finally being held accoutable. If you look
at what the Nazis were tried for at Nuremberg (plotting a war
of aggression, carrying out a war of aggression, war crimes) you can
see that Bush and the "good Americans" who are carrying out his orders
are in deep doo-doo. The only Nuremburg crime they haven't committed yet is "crimes against humanity" - but the man still has a year in office.
