It means people are looking at their own blog post and constantly refreshing the page so that it seems they are getting more views than they actually are. Didn't realise anybody did that til I came on here!

~ ohhh ok now i understand what they were saying...it never dawned on me that someone would do that...i mean who cares how many views you get...some people must have too much time on their hands haha thanks so much for answering tho :) ~
