I think I got off on a tangent there for a while. I try to not get angry, I am no buddha but I try and this guy was questioning my service record. Yeah it kinda pissed my off and I even lowered myself to the "you could never kick my ass' stage.
Look, this is the internet. People can say what they want and have nothing to back it up any day. I except that. I aslo should let little people who Claim to be Christian attack me and show their virtue because it proves my point and not get mad, but I did. My bad,.
It's true, the human race isn't my favorite choice of pecies on the planet. There are some gems out there don't get me wrong, but as a whole, it seems the immoral, ruthless and powerhungry people rule it and I have serious disdain for those who follow hook line and sinker. I generalize a lot, I know. But I can only go by what I see and hopefully learning more each day will change my outlook.
I do know, from these boards, real life and real world politics. The pious and humble are the worst of them all for they feign it to seduce unthinking people into following their dogma. Those people I have no respect for and I don't think I ever will.
I will cut back on posting immoral acts of the bible, maybe move on to the Qu'ran or who knows. Shit I even got ten emails telling me what a drunk I was and laughing at me being an openly admitted alcoholic, like it is something to be ashamed of to try not to drink and be a better person!
I have learned if you question a mythical being someone devotes their life to, not only will their god defend himself, somehow the believers have to attack you peronally (and sometimes burn you alive....in the old days at least, or turn a blind eye to the holocaust like the catholic church did) anyways.
I am not hesitant to be myself, I like myself. I am trying to be honest and open and however people take it, it's their call. Anyways, I'll try to be civil. Unless I am being cursed by mega god soldier and then, I will have to curse him with the flying spaghetti monster plauge!

i'm down with the flying spaghetti monster.... incredibly strange that u said that tho cuz a good friend of mine also referred to God as a flying spaghetti monster when we were outside talking one night a few weeks ago.... is there a cult i missed out on?? can i wear a meatball hat? lmao

That is assuming that this short life is all there is. It is amazing how different our view of other people becomes when we really truly believe that "God so loved the world..."

I don't want you to feel that I am just throwing Scripture at you. I only use God's Word because it is what my hope is based upon.
