you will always have a little place inside of me that's all yours.  you were the first person i ever loved that way.  no matter what happens or where we wind up, i kno that i'll always find a way back to you somehow.  your eyes....your smile...your laugh... the way you say my name.  it makes me melt in a way that nothing else can.  i feel my entire body soften at the very thought of you as if i were lowering myself into a tepid pool, surrounded by the cocoon of your love.  the memories of everything we've shared flood my brain & i can hear your voice.  i wish u were holding me now. 

we came so close that one night...so close.  i don't remember what stopped it but i can't stop the ache i have for it now.  if i could go back, i'd have followed through.  i need to kno what it's like to make love to you....to feel you more deeply than i ever have before.  i wonder now if i'll ever have that opportunity again.

you always kept me guessing....wondering if you felt the same way...wondering if you thought about me and missed me as much as i thought about & missed you.  you always had that coldness about you, like the icy blue hue of your eyes, despite being one of the warmest things i've ever known.  who am i kidding...you still do.  even so, i love you still & i kno deep down that you do feel the same way.  you love me too as you've said before.  you are my  original 'dragon'

i kno we'll never be together & i'm glad because that's not what i want from you.  i want you in my life always.  you have always been there for me & i kno u'll be there time & time again.  i can't tell you how much you mean to me.  how much you've done for me.  how much you've taught me.  how much you've helped me.  my gratitude rings eternal.
