My rant for a Monday

If everything was made in the USA, would we have sheets, blankets, bedspreads, and other linens that actually fit our beds?

I love the good old USA, was born and raised here, and whenever I get a chance I always buy 'made in the USA' products.

(1).I want linens that fit my bed, whatever size my bed happens to be.
(2).I want cleaning products to actually clean what they claim they clean.
(3).I want food to be safe for me and everyone else to eat. Whenever I hear about a recall of food or products, I wonder what else has slipped through, and is it going to kill me if I eat it, or whack off my toes if I use it?
(4).I want to know that I can use vitamins if I choose to and that they will do what they claim.
(5).I want to be able to go to a doctor and have him or her speak in a language I can understand. (Don't you?)
(6).I want lawyers and tax people to be fair.
(7).I want molesters and pedophiles to be sent to a planet in outer space (preferably one that cannot sustain human life.)

I could go on and on, I suppose. Am I asking too much, considering the technology and brains that we have today?

Do manufacturers really hear us? I don't think so!

linens fit my bed because i make my own linens.
i dont dirty things, so cleaning is never an issue...but sometimes i have to clean, i use soap.
if something is recalled i go out and buy it, because its cheap. survival of the fittest, if YOU eat it and get sick, its YOUR fault. i put trust in my senses

i am intelligent enough to know how to ask questions when the doc doesnt make sense, im paying him to give the info even if i have to ask for it.
i want to learn more
people are people and people who dont support people arnt people at all

i want people to not be so serious because i often float around whispering things in your ear, and if you take me seriously then thered be a whole lot less wind.

Give me a break, benventure. Obviously not everyone makes their own linens. I expect that companies should be able to produce linens that fit the beds they are intended for , but they don't fit correctly.

You never have to clean? I hope I never have to visit you or your home.

It is my own fault if I eat something and it makes me sick? Are you really so unfeeling, benventure, that you actually said that? My own fault? Jeez!!

There are thousands of vitamins out there, besides flintstones, and most vitamin "facts" are lies, but wouldn't it be nice if they really worked as we are told?

Benventure, I didn't say that the doctor doesn't make sense. I said I want him or her to speak in a language I can understand. If you come to this country with a rag on your head and a shingle to hang outside your clinic, I would appreciate it if you would learn to speak english. Of course I have no way of knowing whether you speak english before I talk with you, so I am sitting there ready to be examined and in you walk not speaking english. This is California for gods sake, speak english!

Benventure,Is this where you said people are people, etc, ? Does that mean you want me to support pedophiles or I am not a people at all? Give me a break, think about what you say before you put it out here for people to read.

Whether you like it or not, serious stuff does happen in this world and lots of 'grownups' talk about them. If you were to float by me and whisper in my ear I would do what grownups do, and swat the heck out of you and ask questions later.
