I just tried to upload a few photos, and I got an error message too, but only on one photo and not the others. I'll investigate and see if I can figure out what's wrong.

Did this happen when you were trying to upload a photo?

I did some experimenting, and it looks like there is a minimum image size.

I just tried to upload images with various dimensions, using both the standard uploader and the basic uploader. The standard uploader didn't provide helpful error messages, but the basic uploader did, and stated that the minimum image size is 220x165. I tried an image that was 219x165 and another that was 220x164.

Here's a workaround if your image is smaller than 220x165, if you're using a Windows-based pc: open your image in Microsoft Paint, then use the attributes (on the Image menu, or press CTRL + E) to change the image's dimensions, then use the Save As function to save it with a different name. You'll end up with a white border on the right and/or bottom edge, but at least you can upload it.

I hope this helps.
