6 week Body Makeover

Anyone interested in finding out more about the 6 Week Body Makeover, I can vouche that it works!!!! I've been on it 81/2 weeks and lost 23 lbs!!! :D

I did the 6 week body make over a little over 2 years ago (I got pregnant) and I lost 32 lbs in 6 weeks. I did the fast track, I tried to do it again to get off the post baby weight and uggh I couldn't do it. Congrats on the 23 lbs!!

Thanks!! I know it is hard in the beginning and I still get bad cravings around TOM, but it's worth it!!! :p
