I know how hard working can be, especially when you hate your job, or your boss. It is important to do something you really like. As you know, there are many job offering sites on the Internet, but how many of them really work? If someone is interested in changing his/her job, I can point people out to good directions.

I think to change my job. Now, I work in a tourist station as a cleaning lady. I work from nine hours till 5 hours and a half. It is advantageous because I don't work in the evening or at night and it is only Saturday or Sunday. This is hard because it is a physical work and when I come back home I feel too tired. An other disadvantage is that I work only during certain seasons and there are timeouts where I don't work. I live in a city where it is very difficult to find a job so I must keep my job.

Make sure the "new job" is actually better than the old job, and doesn't just look that way to you at the time. The grass might look greener on the other side of the fence, but it may not always be the case.

I think Landrew has the best point, I have quit two (2) jobs in my life, both for greener pastures.

It makes no sense to leave one job if the other is marginally better than the other. Or you may be giving up bad for worse it is important to analyze everything without quitting a job. Also very importantly you should never quit one job without having another immediately lined up. To answer your question though yes I have thought about getting a new job, a newer, better paid one with my own office and nicer people in the department :-)

Maybe the new, nicer job will be coming my way fairly soon.

I only took the job because I thought maybe my boss was gay cuz I was googling him on google an he maybe was gay but now I just don't know it's been years and years and he won't have sex with me. At first I thought it would be cool to work for him but let's face it all I do is sit around. When I do work, I am a horrible secretary as I type all his letters up on pink paper hoping he will love me. I have had years and years to prove and I am hardworking and can do my job and have met lots of cool people but let's face it not that many people want pink memos with pictures of kitty cats on them. I'm starting to think my boss might be straight. Should I hold out hope or find another job? Also, I've never admitted that I'm gay.

Also, I like to read people's private things and I know I shouldn't but gosh I'm just a gay man who loves his boss. So sue me. Do you think he'll like it if I dye my hair blonde?

Working with people whom have many problems whether it be age or a alcohol problem can make most people- some days sell their job for a cup of rice..
People jobs are so unpredictable.. No two days are run of the mill..

I think about getting a new job every day. Unfortunately I'm having a hard time finding places that are hiring in the salary bracket that I'm in. Been at my current job for 7 years and hated at least 5 of those years.
