How much walking could you do??...or do you do??
Do you walk 3 miles regularly??...every day???
Maybe 5 miles??
Or just an occasional walk every now and then??

I walk about 3 miles a day. A mile from home to school and so forth. Plus then the extra walking around school. So its about three or four.

I walk every day. I always walk when I come back to school. It is good to breath good air and do sports. I calm me because I do anxiety and I ameliorate my asthma.

I walk to work, I don't know the mileage but it takes about 20-30 minutes.

I'm a keen golfer too, and I've never driven a cart.

I'd love to go on more scenic walks, thats a good idea I might pursue actually (Thanks Dabs lol).

I walked up Scafell Pike (highest 'mountain' in England), it's not too high in comparison to other global peaks. I think it's about 1000m / Just over 3'000ft. I tell you though, I struggled! I can walk all day long playing golf but increase the gradient, and if you're not used to it, which I'm not, then it's really difficult.

I walk occasionally.

The best I've done lately is park my car FAR away from any entrance, and I also take the stairs.

Definitely improvement is needed. It's coming.

It would be great to live in New York (or some other city) whose (apparent) primary modes of transport are walking, cabs, buses, and subways. Yep, big cities DO have advantages ...

In my job, I regularly walk an average of 6 - 8 miles per 8 hour shift, sometimes pushing heavy weights in front of me too.

I used to do a lot of hillwalking back in Scotland and the UK but not so much latterly. The most I ever walked in one day though was approximately 35 miles. Took me about ten hours, with breaks, as I recall. lol

Yesterday I did a 6km giuded walk 1400m up the volcano across tracks and rough lava fields.

I do these walks every month or so with a friend who organises them for his living for tourists in Tenerife.

Tenerife is extremely hilly away from the coasts, and each walk usually leaves me stiff for a couple of days!
