Just wanted to know if anyone here seen Shrek 3? ....

I saw it at the drive-ins a couple days ago. It was pretty good. I missed a few parts of it though

I loooved the first two- so clever :D I am most definitely looking forward to the third, but have yet to see it :(

I find a good thread. One that makes me want to post something. And you've beaten me to it! LOL I end up posting right after you! ;)
Anyway, yes, Shrek the Third...
I hate Shrek. I thought part 2 was even worse. It's just not my kind of humor. I don't like the easy "fart" gags or slapstick "let's make fun of prior movies to earn a laugh at their expense" type fun. And if I'm not gonna enjoy the comedy, then the story better keep me enthralled... But the stories have been weak.
However, Shrek the Third was okay. It was acceptable. :) The humor was lighter and smarter. Though the story is still on the weak side, it was interesting enough.
Note that it was not directed by Andrew Adamson (director of Shrek and Shrek 2). He's too busy adventuring in a place called Narnia (where he belongs, 'cause the Narnia movie ruled!). Shrek the Third was directed (primarily) by Chris Miller, and I think he did a much better job with our green stinky hero. :)

i loved it! it was really cute and funny. if you know anything about the king authur legends, you'll find the "references" funny. in this one, instead of using just fairytails for characters, they also use fantasy-like characters too.
