Life can be like a well, especially when dealing with you love emotions.
You start in the well, waiting to join everybody out in the real world.
You take you baby steps to the top of the water and as you are almost at the top,

Kerplunk,
You hit ground again.
But this time you move a little quicker because you know you are are getting closer,
You take large risks to leave the safety of the well floor, where no predators can reach you,
Then all of a sudden,
You hit a bump in the road,

You fall back a few feet but grab on quickly,
You realize that you have made a few more risks than you should have,
And you try to become less playful and more serious about making it out there,
Out there to that real world.
But wait,
You get caught,
You get tangled among many things,
You stop to sort them out,
But no luck,
They are too tough.
You turn for help,
But nobody is there,
You realize that you are in the real world and must do these things on your own.
You just wish that you could make it back down in that well,
But it has been torn down,
Torn down so much that you can't recognize where it would be, anymore.
Then wait you realize something,
You've run into another well,
But this one is deeper and you are above it,
You feel as though it is time to make it down this hollowed hole,
Down into another mix of emotion and tough situations,
You take a moment to think,
But not a long time later you are already taken in,

You are in well over your head,
You feel as though it is right to be over your head,
But you don't realize that is,
You are drowning,
Drowning into a hole of no returns,
Your emotions fell as though they have just gotten off of a roller coaster,
Though you have done nothing,
Nothing but put yourself through another time of need,
A need so great that it takes two to correct it.
But you think do I really know who will help me correct my wrongs?
Well you don't,
You have no clue at all,
But you are so deep that it is too late to turn back now,
This well is nearing the end,
And a new one is being placed beside it,
Branching off like your favorite tree to sit under,
This tree contains a new beginning and an old ending.
You cannot turn from this branch,
It is with you for life.
Although,
You may feel like you have been along through this time,
You have not,
You have been with the most treasured person in your life,
In your eyes you saw one path but as he sees it he sees two paths,
Two paths joining together to make one large, beautiful one.
This path comes to an abrupt stop and has gone by so fast that you forget to ask,
So who,
Who helped me make it through those hard times?
Was it my parents?
Was it my friends and family?
Was it my lover?
Was it my boss?
Was it my baby?
Or was it myself?
But you know the answer is none of the above,
The truest answer is God,
He made those paths for you,
He saw you when you were in need of help.
And when those paths became one,
One because at those times is when he was carrying you,
Helping you make it through with ease.
You continue on your path to the end,
And you get nearer and nearer to the bottom of the well,
Until,

| |
You hit bottom,
But still you are out and about in the world.
In the life of your heart and soul,
Within the branch in which you left.
