| Day 1 of Water Fast |

Day 1 April 24th 2008
my goal is really to lose 25 pounds in 20 days which i'm pretty sure i could do. i need to focus on the positive things in life and really can't put anything in my mouth! so 20 day of water fast will equal better feelings inside of my body i hope.... let's just see what happens.. i'm going to do a weigh in every 3 days.
my weigh in day will be this saturday which i'm probably going to do some exercise after work. today is thursday so friday and saturday weighin sunday monday tuesday weighin wednesday thursday friday weigh in saturday sunday mondy weigh in tuesday wednesday thursday weighin until day 20 breaking the fast i'm going to drink juice mostly celery and carrot and broccoli for 1 week and eating really small amount of veggies during the second week....and then i'm going to be 25 pounds lighter and hopefully buy a sexy black dress and impress myself for once!! MAY 13 is the last day of fast!! okay LET"S DO THIS!!!!!!
okay i binge eated yesterday which made me feel horrible for so long. Woke up this morning feeling kinda down and depress. Finish french test which was great! day one of this fast is probably pretty easy since. Don't know what to write really... never done this before but today i haven't eaten anything but drank a glass of water probably will drink more later planning on runnin for 1 hour at 8:00 should start studying for english and finish english essay... okay day one of water fast pretty damn easy! let see what will happen tomorrow?
