Yes it is true if we don't move it we lose it, our health that is. 
Take care of your body as you would your car, house, anything else that needs to be worked on.
Eat healthy.... You wouldn't fill your car up with something that isn't going to help it run well.. the same applies to your body.  Eat foods that are nutritionally strong, give you vitamins, minerals, energy.
Fitness, walk, swim, bike, just move.....What happens to a car that sits idle for weeks, sometimes it doesn' start.
If you don't move your body for too long, it isn't going to work of you either.
Take little steps at a time.  Do it for the health of it!
