| I made the mistake of asking whats next

I made a mistake by asking whats next... because the answer came today.
My mom called me hysterically because my uncle died today. He apparently had a seizure and by the time the ambulance got there, he was dead. He left behind a wife, 2 sons, a daughter, and a granddaughter. He also left behind a mom and 3 sisters. My mom had to be the one to tell my grandma who has Alzheimers that her son is dead.
I am sitting here more than 100 miles away from my family, with a broken down car, and no way of getting there. All I want is to hug my mom and cry with her, and I can't even do that. This is a horrible year. I can't wait for it to be over and done with!

im sorry to hear about your uncle, i just recently lost an uncle as well. i with you in believing that this year is cursed and im counting down the days until its over.
